Creation and implementation of a global supplier standard.

This project focused on creation and implementation of a global supplier standard. The goal of the introduction was to assure global legal and environmental compliance as well as quality conformity. After initial detailing with the client, we successfully created the supplier standard, that was launched with multiple suppliers for try-out. Currently the standard is used among all of the 180 suppliers of the client.
